2009
- Configured a LDAP integration between OpenFiler & phpldapadmin.
- Create a customized Ubuntu preseeding environment which was integrated with a customized Webinterface that connected to a Vmware ESX Setup.
- Upgraded a McAfee Autoupdate Architect environment to ePolicy. Agent distribution was done by Zenworks 4 & ZCM 10.
- Setup an ESXi host which would be used for development purposes.
- Investiged & advised for a CRM product selection.
2008
- Developed and published a Wordpress plugin under the BSD license.
- Upgraded a community site to a social Drupal portal.
- Lead a Storage procurrement project.
- Created & Maintained an automated framework for managing a complex Bigip/LTM (F5) setup.
- Maintained a continious integrated environment for a J2EE application within the TELCO sector.
- Improved & Maintained a tailor made monitoring framework on Solaris which was easily extendible.
- Build a HTPC environment based on MythTV. A lot of technical testing was done on competitive software before choosing MythTV.
Older
- Setup a hosting panel called “ISPconfig” which integrated with the Drupal website.
- Integrated a media wiki setup with Oracle RAC.
- Maintained the infrastructure for a J2EE setup that replaced an existing mainframe environment. Weblogic, Oracle Rac & Linux are the keywords here.
- Build a mammoth Nagios monitoring system for a hybrid environment with more than 2000 services.
